? Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Except item is a Pre-Order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Multiple Orders may ship together.
? Shipping Policy
We offer shipping within the United States only.
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Not Available at checkout - Phone Only
Free Shipping: On Select Items.
? Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on eligible items. Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original plastic packaging with all hangers
- Tags still attached
- Without the smell of perfume/incense
We don't pay for return shipments.
$20 Restocking fees apply to all orders under $200
10% Restocking Fees apply to all returns with Min $200 orders
All balances after Restocking fees will be applied back to your form of payment.
Due to the high cost of shipping, we no longer do even exchanges.

Items marked as Clearance or Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review all product details carefully before purchase.
? Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After that time, we begin processing and cannot cancel.
